Aspen Realty Group LLC was formed by Glenn Stavens, a 25 year veteran in the mortgage industry. Glenn wanted to move out of the “Corporate” environment and take what he knows to the street.  Through his business “life-span” he has worked in almost every area of real estate. From a loan officer which has enabled him to fully understand the lending process, moving on to being the manager of a property valuation company that gave him the tools to understand how properties are valued then on to owning a Loss Mitigation Company that specialized in Modifications and shortsales to eventually becoming a Portfolio Manager where he managed and sold thousands of bank-owned assets.  Aspen Realty Group LLC is a full scope real estate firm that covers the entire state and specializes the Hartford, Middlesex, New London, Windham and Tolland counties. We provide full property management services including leasing, and property maintenance.
